RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We understand that ordering online and deciding the right size is tough! New this year, we will now be offering an exchange for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. All items being returned must be in original condition. All apparel items must be unworn (with the exception of trying on to check size), not washed and with tags on.  Please note that we only offer store credit for returns, and not refunds. We do not accept returns on seasonal items, custom items, drink ware, gift cards or final sale items (including all major sale events over 20%). At this time we do not accept returns for fundraiser initiates where a portion of sales is being donated.

Please note that we will not be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning an item. If items returned are not in returnable condition, we will ship them back at the customers expense.

To begin the return/exchange process, please email us thecozycompany0@gmail.com in order to process your request. Please include your order number and items you wish to return/exchange.

Once the item is received back, please allow 5 business days for processing.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the case that your order arrives damaged/defective, please email thecozycompany0@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number and we will make it right!
