How do items fit?
All our sweatshirts and t-shirts are unisex sizing. Generally, they fit more on the cozy side. For woman, we suggest following the cozy guide.
COZY GUIDE:
"Size down" if you prefer your sweatshirt more fitted
"True to size" if you want a cozy/relaxed fit
"Size up" if you want an oversized fit.
I received an email that my order is ready, how do I book a time for pickup?
We are so excited to get your in your cozies. Once you receive confirmation that your order is ready, head to our website and choose a time slot via the "Book Local Pickup" tab. Please note that to complete the booking process, you must complete checkout with the free service. Please make sure that you receive confirmation of your booking before you visit us.

I placed my order but never received confirmation!
This is a very common question that we receive. This may be for one of two reasons.
1) Your confirmation, pickup or shipping emails may have ended up in the junk/spam folder of your mailbox.
2) You may have misspelled your email at checkout and therefore haven't received an email. If this is the case, reach out to thecozycompany0@gmail.com and we can correct the mistake.

Do you ship to my area?
Currently we ship Canada wide only!

How long will it take for my order to be ready?
Currently, we make almost all items to order. This means we generally don't have sweatshirts ready in stock. With that being said, our turnover time fluctuates depending on order volume. We typically aim for 5-15 business days (not including shipping). If you have an event and need your order earlier, please reach out before placing your order and we can chat about options.
Do you offer custom orders?
We do! Custom order availability is always kept up to date in our Instagram bio! We would love to create a custom piece for you! Reach out to us on social media, or email us at thecozycompany0@gmail.com
How long does it take to ship?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that will update you will any delays, etc. Typically orders with Ontario are delivered with 1-5 business days and the rest of Canada up to 10 business days. Please remember that we are not responsible for any shipping delays outside of these timelines.
*Please note that these shipping times do not include our processing times to make, pack and ship each order. Additionally, orders are completed with 5-15 business days, and shipped which may including additional time listed above.
We are not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse and are in the hands of third-party shipping companies. (This includes, but is not limited to, theft after delivery, damages to package, etc.).
