SHIPPING & TURNAROUND TIME

We currently offer free local and contactless pick up from our home in Napanee, Ontario. You can select pick up at checkout. An email with the pick-up address will be sent to you, when the order is ready for pick-up. Please follow the instructions from the email and book a pickup time slot on our website. If you do not book a pickup time, your order will not be out in our wagon.

Most of our items (t-shirts, sweatshirts, makeup bags) are made to order. Our turnaround time fluctuates depending on order volume. We typically aim for 5-15 business days (not including shipping). If you have an event and need your order earlier, please reach out before placing your order and we can chat about options.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that will update you will any delays, etc. Typically orders with Ontario are delivered with 1-5 business days and the rest of Canada up to 10 business days. Please remember that we are not responsible for any shipping delays outside of these timelines. 

We are not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse and are in the hands of third party shipping companies. (this includes, but is not limited to, theft after delivery, damages to package, etc.).
